Pricing: Rates are
based on stays of two nights or more.
Reservations: VISA or MC card finalizes a reservation.
Registration: Upon check-in
a VISA or MC imprint with your signature completes registration.
Payment & Taxes:
VISA, MC or cash upon arrival. Federal tax applies.
3:00 - 5:00 pm check-in, 11:00 am check-out. We ask guests to
phone first for other check-in times so that we can be sure rooms are
ready and to be
sure we are here on arrival.
14 days. Space is quite limited, therefore reservations are regarded as
commitments - without adequate notice of cancellation or reduced stay, there
will be a charge of one night's
room rate for stays of 2 days or less, or one-half of the total reservation for
stays of 3 nights or more. "No shows" or cancellations within 24
hours of arrival will be liable for their
entire reservation. Group reservations of two rooms or more should plan on providing a
non-refundable deposit 30 days prior to arrival.
Cancellations with adequate notice are subject to a booking fee of
$25 per room.
Children: Cloud 9 is adult-oriented but
13 - 17 years old may be accommodated with prior approval. Add $30.
for 3 persons sharing with prior approval, add $50.
Pets: A small pet
may be accommodated with prior approval: add $20/day/pet. Pets should
be washed prior to arrival and may not be left alone in the
suite. Pets may not sleep on the bed or use the furniture - we
will provide bedding and a large pet condo-kennel upon request.
Pet owners will understand our goal of keeping each suite fresh for new

With advance notice, Cloud 9 will do everything possible to accommodate
strictly outdoors only, away from open windows and other guests, and in
the months of fire hazard, on the patios only with extreme caution -
thank you. Smoking in any suite or indoor area will be
liable to a surcharge of $200 per incident.
Damage or Missing Items:
Apart from normal wear and tear, damage from negligence or items
found missing from a suite will be charged at cost plus 50%.
Privacy: In compliance
with B.C.'s Personal Information Protection Act (PIPA) which
became effective January 1,2004, please note that any information
collected in the course of finalizing a reservation is for the sole
purpose of guaranteeing the reservation and/or of satisfying the
requirements of the B.C. Hotel Guest Registration Act. Your
information will never be shared with another organization for
research or promotional purposes - as always, confidentiality is not
only what you expect but what we respect.
